Correct Backup and Replication Performance Data collection issues
Cause
Permissions and firewall not configured appropriately
Solution
- Verify that the Account being used to connect Veeam Backup and Replication server in Veeam ONE has correct permissions.
- To check the account, go to Veeam ONE Monitor. Select Data Protection View.
- Right click on the Backup and Replication Node(s)
- Note the account being used to connect.
- On the Veeam Backup and Replication Server Verify this account as well as the Veeam ONE service account are added as Local system administrators.
- Verify this account is an Administrator in Backup and Replication – Open the Backup and Replication Console and go to Users and Groups and verify account is added appropriately.
- Verify that even if Firewall is off Activate an additional rule for a Firewall: COM+ Network Access (DCOM-In)
