Challenge

Cannot browse backups of Office 365 mailboxes that have been made in December 2017.

Solution

Please note that backups are still valid and the restore of such is possible the following way:
  1. Stop Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 Service and Veeam Backup Proxy for Microsoft Office 365 Service
  2. Open Veeam Explorer for Exchange
  3. Add ADB Mailbox Store to the Scope manually (refer to documentation)
  4. Restore items
