How to Configure Veeam Intelligent Diagnostics Log Location

Solution
Registry Value Behavior Explanation
The same registry value can be created on either the Veeam ONE server or the Veeam Backup & Replication server, and controls where the logs that are collected from Veeam Backup & Replication are temporarily stored.
- When created on the Veeam ONE server, the registry value defines the path where the VID's Log Analyzer stores the logs on Veeam ONE machine that were received from the VBR server(s).
- When created on the Veeam Backup & Replication server, the registry value defines where the VID's Log Analyzer stores the exported logs on the VBR server prior to sending them to the Veeam ONE server.
Registry Value Details
- Key Location: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Veeam\Veeam ONE Monitor\VID\
- Value Name: LogAnalyzerTempFolder
- Value Type: String Value - [REG_SZ]
- Value Data (Default): C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Temp\VID\
Note: The path value must end with a backslash ( \ ) symbol.
