Please confirm that you are running version 2.0 (build 2.0.1.1403) or later prior to upgrading. You can check this in the VAO UI | Administration tab| About. To upgrade from earlier versions, please contact our Customer Support. After upgrading, your build number will be 3.0.0.1770.
