Veeam Support Statement for “Experimental” marked features

Cause

Features marked as “Experimental” allow customers access to software features that are still in the early stages of Veeam’s Quality Assurance process, and have not been thoroughly tested across all scenarios. Veeam is interested in general feedback and response from customers that use these features in different environments.

Solution

Veeam officially supports “Experimental” features with the following limitations:
- Support will be provided on a best effort basis.
- Hotfixes and patches/product updates related to experimental features treated as a lower priority than standard features, and will depend on resource availability.
